Well, another night, not sleeping well, because I have my sleep pattern all messed up!
I keep taking a nap, because I wake up early, then get 'bone tired' in the afternoon, simply because I am rebounding from that therapy I had to take for six weeks, twice a week, and it wore me out!! It wasnt that I was tired, but, with my enlarged heart, I was having difficulties after each session...
Thing is, after the six weeks, on the last two days before my last session, I was able to walk about the house with little or no pain in my back!! Man, talk about a GOD-send...after years of pain just walking and standing, to eliminate one was a treasure! Unfortunately, I cant continue my therapy, as it was only granted those six weeks and no more. (I dont know if my heart could of stood up to more anyways)...
Its tough, being obese, and with arthitus in the lower back, so that I cant walk, I cant exercise with out pain....and life is just a mess if I continue on how I am going LOL.
So, even though, I dont eat much, with out the exercise, I dont lose the weight... But, thats another story in itself.
I am back on evony again, just building up my game, and am looking at Mike and lisa7 story on house flipping to take up my time.
Its almost 2pm and my Sister in law just informed me that my Daughter hasnt even been in for her CAT Scan yet!! sheesh! I dont expect them back til about 7 or 8pm now...At least they will be missing the 'rush hour' traffic in Pittsburgh, but, I hope they dont get caught up in any kind of snow storm from now to then!!! (Yea, personally I would of cancled again, with snow coming, but my Wife wanted to chance it, and she always has good judgement about most things, so I go with hers, before mine-->unless she asks for my opinion, then she KNOWS I will be playing it on the 'safe side', and waiting for another day when the weather may cooperate, instead of unpredictable winter weather).
Ok, back to the game, and back to the blog of mike and lisa...
