Are companies moving out of U.S. because non-white workers are better

I have gotten into debates on another blog about racist and in talking with one of my Norwegian, Scottish, French, German nieces about some of the comments was told following: "At my company there are mainly white people and most of us are in our 30s...some of us wonder if we are actually being hired because we are white....for minorities apply but there is always something that is found that denies them the position.....so are we hired because of our ability or the color of our skin....it is something that bothers alot of us because we grew up with African-Americans, Mexicans, Asians and Natives and went to school and college with them but there are far fewer where we work....why? It isn't right, for perhaps we are not the best and that is why America's economy is going down the drain...and that is why companies are moving to China, Mexico and non-white countries....because they have better workers..."
