lake nona or kissimmee/st cloud

Posted 10-09-2008 at 08:18 PM by ashley ashley

I am living in ny city and have wanted for a two year period to buy in florida and luckily my intuition kept stopping me. Now that we are in this recession and there are so many foreclosures I want to buy. The problem is I cant get down there so I want to make offers on places. Which is a better investment being near disney and amusements and having the option of getting tourists or a more expensive upscale lake nona community. since lake nona is more expensive to carry is it not a good investment. I am not high end but low two hundred or even under

I would look at the growing Lake Nona area home to the soon to be Burnham Institute, VA Hospital, Nemour's Children's Hospital, UCF Medical School, Valencia Community College Southeast Campus, new high school. Some beautiful homes in foreclosure, some never lived in. 7 miles from Orlando International, five to seven exits from Disney.

If you want more details, please email me.

goodluck- lake nona is the way to go if you can afford it, kissimme sucks-honestly. bot 200k isnt gonna get you much near lake nona but if you can find something in your price range in lake nona i would jump on it.
