What plans do you have?
Our plan is to stay home and let the amateur amateurs slaughter each other on the roads without our presence.


We found the girls (cats) new food finally so they are happy. I went and met a dog at the pound, he is a very sweet boy but I am not ready to share our home with another dog yet.
Walter has been gone since July 25, 2016 and it is just too soon for me and I am not sure there will ever be a good time for another dog.

Otherwise another dull week for me thank goodness. I like dull and uneventful even if I am sick. I have actually felt better all week so the normal dull and boring is back.

my Mother was born, he was in his 8th year as President.
My Mother was a wee bit over 8 months old the day Pearl Harbor was attacked.
My Mother has currently had 13 Presidents throughout her lifetime.
She has been married once, divorced once, has 2 children, 5 grand children and 7 great grand children.
On her next birthday she will be 76 years old and this is just a small example of all that has happened in my Mother's lifetime.


Anyway, I fell off...

Names change days stay the same.
The same old rhythm the same old rhyme the same old shoes the same old dime.
Time for a change, oh no not that, where am I going to find a brand new hat.
Change is scary it can leave scars, everything changes, even the stars.
The old is out the new is in until it all recycles around again.
History is made with daily changes, different days that rarely stay the same.

We are going to the Muny this evening for the last evening of Fiddler On The Roof so I hope it is a cooler evening with a slight breeze.


Our new cell phones seem to be working out just fine and the new scanner is great so far.
I have already started taking it with me everywhere we go.
