Upscale Single story homes nestled among other mostly single story homes, ~3,000 sf up. Where?

New Community starting in West Cary. Called the 'Courtyards of West Cary' . Google it to find the builder. Also there is 'Woodhall'. Huge development of large ranches and many owners are baby boomers. Carolina Preserve is another development. All of the above is located in West Cary.
