Costa Mesa City Council - Jim Righeimer Makes His Run Official

Costa Mesa City Council just gained another candidate for City Council, Jim Righeimer. Yesterday morning Righeimer made his nomination official outside of Costa Mesa’s City Hall. In his speech, he said that his biggest goal is to make the city family-friendly and a place that continues to attract young families moving in. Why? They support the local churches, schools, businesses, and athletic programs. He emphasized the need for better infrastructures as far as sport facilities, schools, and more....

The Costa Mesa Community Gardens are a beautiful place to explore on a nice day. The City of Costa Mesa has 2 community gardens:
1. Del Mar Community Garden – 170 Del Mar St. has 60 plots.
2. Hamilton Community Garden – 523 Hamilton St. has 42 plots.

Costa Mesa Summer Movies at Orange County Performing Arts Center

Costa Mesa summer movies are back at OCPAC. Just like the Costa Mesa summer concerts, this activity gives locals a chance to enjoy FREE played over 4 Mondays this summer, starting July 12, 2010. The schedule is as follows:
