Do you remember the old days when you sold your home your Realtor came to your home in person to present the Buyers offer? The modern day Realtor sends you the offer by fax or email. Buyers, do you remember when your Realtor searched for homes for you and made suggestions? The modern day Realtor gives you a portal and you do all the work yourself. With Bank sales and Short Sales, a Realtor cannot always provide face to face service like they used to. However, Customer Service should still be a priority....
