The Following letter I sent to Hospice in Sept 2010 about admitting my father with no certification of Terminal illness. Hospice has done an internal investigation and doesn't know how my father got into Hospice. It has now been 8 Months since my father went to Hospice. My father is home with my mother and is still in active Chemo treatment. He now uses a cane to walk.
