Love Horseshoe Bay and Lake LBJ, but most properties are above my price point. If we build, what are current building costs, assuming premium flooring, stone countertops and nice windows and doors, such as Anderson or Pella? I think $1.1M would be the very max, but would love to stay well below at $850 - $925K.
