Looking to relocate to Groton Ma. Can anyone tell me if Hollis Street is a decent street to reside on? Looking at a 1300 sqr. ft. house there for $350K with a nice parcel of land and walking distance to the center. It's difficult to compare b/c it seems nothing has sold on that street in a long time. What do you think about Hollis street. Thank you for your assistance.
