I started a new routine at the 'Y' now...

Instead of doing weight lifting for how many hours I do, instead, I am walking now.

After my Brother in Law dropped dead on us, it was a 'wake up' call, for me to step up my game plan.

Its tougher to walk, (still taking anywhere from 2-3 pain pills to exercise, and not have my back scream NOOOOOO), than it is to lift weights.

As for being some ones 'inspiration, well, there aren't that many people at...

My Brother in Law, Randy Elder died today...

He was a stodgy old character... Always going his own way, and doing his own thing.

I always thought I was going first, but, he decided that wasn't going to be the case.

He had a heart attack, then the ambulance came and he had another heart attack in the hospital, after they brought him back.

I shed more tears for him, than I did my own Dad, because he was a constant figure around our home. ...

Been having 'attacks' lately...

One last week, was when I was sweating bullets and dizzy to beat the band. She wanted to take me to the hospital, but, I refused and went to bed and slept it off.

A few days ago, my eyes were all messed up?
When you turn your head, and watch everything in your view, you get a constant panoramic scene, and its continuous.

I was having episodes, of scenes jumping and snapping, and missing.
It was to the point, that...

Wife got me another lift chair for 200 bucks.
Don't think its going to work out, since it groans and bucks when it tries to either lift the legs or put 'em back, so, its not meant for someone as heavy as I am.

Had to get a new muffler system on 'ol
bertha' (yea, I name my cars LOL). Been putting it off for quite awhile, but, even my Wife can hear the muffler roar, and she cant hear low frequencies, so its mighty loud.

Two days ago, my hot water tank goes...

My Wife went in for a gallbladder operation Monday.

Now, I wrote down, on my list, all the things that she needed...
All her meds, Doctors, Blood type, and assorted other things that the Doctor needed.

The Anestesiologist read all of that, even brought up a few things that I highlighted special for her, and, dammed if he didn't follow my instructions!!

She has three loops in her windpipe, and she needs to be 'tubed' while she is AWAKE!
