Exercised yesterday, but, still felt strange in my heart a few times. Even though, I didnt do a lot on the machines I used.

I took my high blood pressure meds, before I went, to see if that would keep my pressure up, but, when I start to feel 'strange' around the heart, I know that its not doing the job.

I am going to 'hate' giving up something that I enjoy so much...and, why now? After going to exercise all this time, 13 months, it has to become detrimental to me....

I went to my exercise session today. Did my 1000 abdominals, 100 arm extenders, and 300 torso twists, and 50 leg lifts...Then, I had to quit.

My blood pressure was 113/64, and I felt as if my heart was giving me 'problems'... After 90 minutes of intense exercising, and no cool down, you 'think', it would be a lot higher than that!!

Im sitting her tonight, and just took it, (after some sips of coffee, and its 133/86). So, this just proves to me, that every time I exercise,...

Its bad enough, I slept way past what I should have, but to wake up and it being 3:30 pm, is way beyond what I ever expected! (Ok, so we moved the clock ahead an hour and it would 'really' be only 2:30pm, still a lot of daylight came between me and sleep, and I missed it all).

I went to exercise yesterday... Did my usual routine...But, I had some old guy wanting to know how long I was going to be on the 'abdominal machine'..its a good thing I was almost done, so it only took me another...

I did it AGAIN!!! Almost done, and *BAM*!! I lost the entire thing because I didnt save it...
I am REALLY GETTING FED UP WITH THIS LAPTOP, and trying to blogg...

Wife woke me up and asked me if I wanted to get up right away and go to exercise, or, wait til noon and go. I advocated for noon! Sheesh..

After I got up and was sitting at my computer, my Daughter had my Wife take her to get her glasses strainghtend. Nothing out of the ordinary...she falls asleep a lot of times, and rolls over on her glasses, sheesh. Good thing ol ay is an old school chum of mine, so, sometimes he doesnt charge us for doing it.
