I am taking my boyfriend to Vegas for his 21st birthday and he doesn't know about it yet, and it will be our first trip there. I have a tight budget but can splurge on a couple meals and show....

-Any suggestions for hotel?? I was thinking Harrahs for low prices and convienence.
-We will also want to try out the nightlife of course, any help with classy night clubs that wont have a 4 hour long line?
-And dining, what are some good suggestions for meals. I would rather not...
