Wayzata school district

My son is in Wayzata School District in MN and I need your opinion. I hear Wayzata School District is one of the best in MN, but what's does that mean? test scores? teacher quality? or parents have money to send kids to private tutor so they do well in class? I personally don't get what's so great about this school district. All I see is teachers push students off to parents when they can't handle them. I'm turning into my son's full time teacher because his teacher at school is not doing what she...
