I hear so many contradictions about how bad Florida has become,it's crazy. I am semi disbled and live on a fixed income, my girl is transeferring from Walmart up here to 1 down closest to where we will move. Then she can look for a better job. If we can we are looking at houses in the 750.00 rent range have found many, but don't know the area well enough to pin one down. also have a chance to buy a 3 bed,2 bath for 79,000.00 near Brooksville.
