Prescott Valley bad smell

Recently nasty asphalt/tar smells have invaded my house. Originally I thought it was exhaust from an automobile that was old and in poor condition and left running for long periods of time. My wife and I have lived here for 15 years. Only in the last couple of months have we had this stench come into our house at night, sometimes several times at night. One day it was so bad at about 7 pm that we got into the car and followed the smell directly to the asphalt plant in Prescott Valley. The company...
