After the third warmest June on record, July 2009 proved itself to be one for us to remember. Not only was it the warmest July ever, but also the warmest month at 88.7 degrees F. We were blasted with our first heat wave in the first half of May 2009. Within the first 15 days, only a trace of rain had fallen.
