I have found that over 55 communities are very fussy when it comes to cats. In over 55 in Leesburg, I am finding either your cats have to indoors or if out, on a lease. I find this ridiculous as my cats are mature and would never take to a leash, plus they have always been indoor /outdoor pets. they stay close to home and contrary to stupid theories, they have never dug up my gardens. I mainly wanted a community to retire to , that has a community pool and some activities. Any areas in Leesburg...
