Do you own a Luxury model car? Because their is a scam going on . Unidentified cars speed up and slow down inorder to pin certain cars in and back at a slow speed. Then something hits the windscreen and it cracks...

The way this busing program works or was supposed to operate is any suburban school district in Monroe county could receive additional funding if they allowed inner city non-white children to be bussed into their suburban school district. But not all school districts were mandated to participate....
