Allowing Tenants To Pay with Paypal

I used to think PayPal was a good idea, until I got into a bad situation -- the tenant started PayPaling me only partial rent (after I sent the 3 day to pay or rent notice), and I could not evict the tenant. I realized that PayPal is not a good way to collect rent -- that's why the best managers won't accept it. Here's a bit more detail that I recently read:
