Prayer is not an exercise, it is the life of the born-again Believer. Beware of anything that stops the offering up of prayer.

Maintain the childlike habit of offering up prayer in your heart to God all the time. Think of prayer as the breath in your lungs and the blood from your heart. Your blood flows and your breathing continues "without ceasing"; you are not even conscious of it, but it never stops....
