Psalm 32:11,33:1 "Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!... Sing joyfully to the LORD, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him."

Never underestimate the drawing power of joy. It's like a blazing fire that captures the attention of people in darkness.

Joy -- the process of catching fire and burning as a result of heat which comes from the Holy Spirit!

It's time to rejoice,...

"I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as My prophet to the nations." - Jeremiah 1:5

God does not place a desire in you to fulfill His will so that you can simply put it aside out of concern that you are incapable in the eyes of others. He places that burning desire there so that nothing except doing exactly what He has asked you to do will satisfy your spirit. You long to please Him and Him alone....

"Do not earnestly remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." - Isaiah 43:18-19

The Lord is taking us higher and into new places. Those new places are places of birthing, are places of reaping and are places of fulfillment. But the "way" He is leading us is...

Arise, Shine!

"It was for this He called you through our gospel, that you may gain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ." - 2 Thessalonians 2:14

The Word of commands those alive at the end of the age to be fearless in the face of darkness! Speaking through the prophet Isaiah, the Spirit of the Lord orders His people:

Arise, shine; for your light has come,

And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.

For behold,...

"Therefore when Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her weeping, He groaned in the spirit and was troubled. And He said, 'Where have you laid him?' They said to Him, 'Lord, come and see.' Jesus wept. Then the Jews said, 'See how He loved him!" John 11:33-36

Whatever else you may be battling, however, you are hurting, imagine Jesus weeping a tear over you, with you, though not a tear of final mourning, but a tear of love and life that speaks of His resurrection...
