Interstate 69E in South Texas is taking further shape. More segments of the portion which runs from just west of Corpus Christi all the way to Brownsville will see completion or new construction in the next ten years.

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, several projects will be underway soon, and all that remains once a bypass around Driscoll is complete, along with surrounding segments, will be the following:
