As you know, our great America is still under siege. It had been that way since 2009, when a certain man not too many people knew about took the Oval Office and began to transform this nation into something that it was not designed to be when it was first founded.

It was perfectly fitting that the first day of spring saw your writer take to the roads. Had me a good cup of Starbucks' latte. The weather outside was as perfect as any day could get. And there was a seat at Disch-Falk Field in Austin waiting for him, as there was a great opportunity to see a top-ranked Texas Longhorn baseball squad.
