Life takes odd turns, to be sure.

Past few days two people have thanked me for sending them to a certain surgeon in Mexico. The guy is world class at what he does; where-feasible I'm convinced offshore is the way to go. For certain procedures, anyway.

One guy is suggesting I "saved his life." Why do I mention this? Pfft: I post in various places about various topics, and offer a bit of counsel when-asked (not "advice" as the worst vice is AD-vice)....

I have seen almost no police presence on my blast across Interstate 80 from Sacramento to Salt Lake City, en route to my new home in Knoxville, Tennessee. All across Nevada, I did not see a single Highway Patrol car. None in Utah. Not until I hit a speed trap on the far end of Salt Lake City.

An old fart with nothing to prove, I poked my way across Salt Lake City in the right lane following locals. The flow of traffic is 10-mph over the posted speed, with Believer taking up ranks...

The "Giants of Intimidation" have risen before many of the people of God -- representing circumstances from waiting for the breakthrough, to pressing issues, to demonic attacks, to accusations, to hopelessness.

The common denominator of these giants, whether the circumstances before the people of God are hard, discouraging and trying, or the breakthrough has begun and the change seems overwhelming – the purpose of these giants arising is to bring intimidation and to stop...
