This was a State Marching Contest advancement year for Frisco, Texas, area high school bands. And what a year it was! Frisco Independent School District sure has plenty to be proud of this school year.

In particular, the aforementioned contest saw three Frisco schools participating in it. All of them are classified as 5A schools in Texas. This year was the first time ever that three entries got to go; it's never happened before. Every two years, Class 5A...
