Yield in this table is the annual median rent per square foot in a zip code divided by the price per square foot of a 3/2 SFR. The real return on one of these places is likely half or less the listed...

Here is a look at the high rise sales over the last 6 months or so...I have removed the ownership section for the moment as I need to sort out what is actually happening at places like City Center.

It appears clear we have not bottomed yet on the high rises. Many are still going down at 25% or more per annum. Some...Meridian, Boca Raton and Signature appear close to stability. Others likely have...

Major observations. Well it still goes real slow particularly in the higher priced places. Years of inventory.

Some of the developments down under $150 are moving at a reasonable rate and Signature is under a year.

Still sounds like there is going to be some more correction...
