Re: Estates & Inheritance tax, Did you Know the fourteen states and the District of Columbia impose an estate tax while six states have an inheritance tax. Maryland and New Jersey have both. Washington state's 20 percent rate is the highest estate tax rate in the nation; ten states and DC are next with a top rate of 16 percent.

The term "eye candy" describes something that is very attractive or aesthetically pleasing to look at. Like it or not, buyers are greatly attracted to eye candy homes that are desirable to look at and have all the bells and whistles sort of speak including new floors/carpets, modern appliances, fancy fixtures, new paint, and other upgrades.
