I live in a mobile home park in Jacksonville,Fl. (Yes Communities). I rent the land, but own the home. I do and understand paying the tax on the home. A couple years ago they started charging us monthly property tax. Is this legal. At that time our rent went up, they started charging property tax, and also started charging us a storm drain water charge.
