We are looking at two new homes in North Houston; one from each of these builders. One is a patio home oriented more for empty nesters like ourselves. The other is a family oriented home. So personal choices are involved. Granted, the biggest variable is the crew involved in each build, but we're not familiar with either builder, quality of construction, warranty, or warranty/customer service after the closing. I'd love to get feedback from folks that own homes by either of these builders.
