Mirielle Kroll, an 85 year old Holocaust survivor was murdered by neighbors alleged targeting her for her religion. She was stabbed 11 times and, for emphasis, her house was set on fire. When he's arrested he'll probably plead guilty to disorderly conduct or public urination. In other words, not much happens to the criminal.
