Lakeway vs Lago Vista (Austin TX)

Which is a more desirable community...Lago Vista or Lakeway? We are a family of 4 (kids are 6 and 3). The commute to work is somewhat equal and just south of Cedar Park near Anderson Mill Rd. Any thoughts would be great!!! Thank you
