I understand that city of SB has filed bankruptcy last year, which means that many public services have been shut down, including the police presence too may have been reduced. This appeals to more crimes in the city. I am considering relocating to Riverside or SB, but to a safer and nicer area, with my young family. I am curious to know how this have affected lifestyles in SB, as far as taxes, cost of housing, etc. Would you recommend a relocation to SB or Riverside, as I guess
