Beautiful day in NC today (69 degrees)! I tilled alfalfa pellets and compost into all my garden beds. Now, I'll just let 'em cook for a month.

I put down 50lbs of alfalfa pellets in the beds today. Tomorrow I'll be adding my compost then tilling all the beds to bury the ground cover, compost, and pellets. Still 5weeks away from transplanting....I can't wait!

I finally bit the bullet and installed lights on my indoor plants. Hopefully the arugula, spinach and pak choi will do better now.

My arugula, spinach, and lettuce is having a hard time because of this cold winter. I moved them from the green house into the house last week, but the amount of sun they now get is really cut down. I'm hoping to move them back in the green house next week.

I did mange to get my tomato and pepper seeds started tonight...better late then never I guess. Boy I don't like winter!

My arugula has all sprouted in the greenhouse...now I just wish the lettuce and spinach would catch up!
