WRONG ! I've lived in varying areas of FL. for over 30 yrs., and know people in Citrus County; none of them have witnessed a hurricane in the years they've lived there ... the hurricane threat in this county is next to zero, especially if living in the areas a few miles east of 19! People there generally do not have wind storm insurance ... some risk, yes, but...
