How is life at Del Webb / Frisco Lakes?

Can anyone who lives in Del Webb describe what life is like at Del Webb Frisco Lakes?

Would a 44 year old daughter living with her 72 year old mother be accepted socially at Frisco Lakes even though she is significantly younger?

Are the residents happy at Frisco Lakes?

Will Del Webb / Frisco Lakes ever offer Transportation around town for doctor visits, grocery shopping, etc?
