Authentic, homemade Polish Pierogi

I am new to the Charlotte NC area. Just moved here last year, when my husband was transfered with his work. We owned and operated Polish cuisine restaurant back in Buffalo NY, serving pierogi, golabki, potato pancakes, crepes, czarnina, barszcz, just to name a few. I entered my polish food into taste of southtowns 3 consecutive years and won award each time.
