Boise Idaho Property Tax Guideline for 2016

2015 Ada County (Boise) Real Estate Sales Summary

I just pulled the annual sales for residential real estate sold in Ada County from the Intermountain MLS website. I have broken the sales down by our MLS area number and average price so you can see what to expect for pricing in each of our cities. Keep in mind that different parts of each city can range drastically in price so only use these numbers as a benchmark.

Total residential homes sold in Ada County - $10,349.
Area - City - # sold - Ave. Price - Median Price...

2015 Ada County (Boise) Real Estate Summary

It is a challenge for most consumers to get good data about Idaho real estate since we are a non-disclosure state. That means you can't just go log into a website and see what a property sold for. Hence most online automated value models (AVM's) are useless in Idaho.

I just pulled up data for residential homes listed between 1/1/15 and 12/31/15 and here is my summary findings according to the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service (IMLS) data.
