| The purpose of this visit is to conduct a routine inspection. Employee Health Policy in place. Observed proper datemarking. Observed proper procedure for cooling after roasting garlic. Thank you. The facility was observed neat and orderly. IMPORTANT: Maintain the hot case at a temperature inside which will be adequate to hold potentially hazardous foods, such as pizza, at 135f or above. Alternatively, you may choose to use Time as a Public Health Control. If you choose to use Time as a Public Health Control, feel free to contact me and I will assist you with the written guidance and training for maintaining records for Time as a Public Health Control. | The purpose of this visit is to conduct a first routine inspection. The Active Manager Control Program was discussed with the manager. The manager has an employee health policy (EHP) in place and continues to train employees on requirements of the EHP for new employees. Also noted that the back handsink hot water, the gaskets on the prep cooler, the airgap at the sanitize basin of the three vat siink and the men's bathroom handsink have all been repaired and was verified by the EHS during this first routine inspection. Sanitizer in the three vat sink and wiping cloth bucket measured at an acceptable limit. Food temperatures observed at an acceptable limit as well. Thank you.
