A complaint was received that stated a customer was served food that tasted old and when they brought it to the managers attention they stated that old product was put on top of the new. Complainant further stated that their child became ill later that day.
The PIC was aware of the complaint. The product was prepared on July 12, 13, or 14 and the complainants meal was on the 16th. According to the PIC the remaining food was discarded. No other complaints have been received at this time. According to the PIC no employees have been sent home sick or stayed home sick within the past two weeks.
Contact EHS without delay if any other complaints are received.

Backflow prevention device -> shared by 3 machines -> provide backflow prevention device at each point of use.
Interior of ice machine noted in need of cleaning.
Double doors and edge of trim unfinished - paint/seal.
The transition in between the concrete and tile is not smooth -> grout or fill this area as needed to remove the cleaning and trip hazard.
Correct the above prior to opening.
