DISCARD ALL FOODS IN THE PIZZA MAKE UNIT AFTER A 4 HOUR TIME PERIOD. **DO NOT STORE ANY PHF/TCS FOODS IN THE WALK IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL IT IS ABLE TO MAINTAIN 41 DEGREES OR BELOW. TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON FOOD SAFETY Currently enrolled in CFM class.
