Observation: The thermometer located in the 2-door upright display cooler is not easily readable.
Correction: Provide a thermometer near the doors so employees can read the thermometer.

Observation: 2-door under-counter cooler at 53 degrees. Ice on coils in cabinet.
Correction: Repair unit to maintain food at 41 degrees or less.
- Kitchenware and Tableware (repeated violation)
Observation: The disposable cup dispensers at the service counter are overfilled.
Correction: Do not overfill the cups dispensers so that the lip contact surfaces are protected from contamination.

Observation: Filter missing in exhaust hood.
Correction: Install missing filter in exhaust hood.

Observation: Less than 10 foot candles of light was noted in the walk-in cooler & freezer. Measured less than 5 foot-candles of light.
Correction: Provide at least 10 foot candles of light in the walk-in refrigeration units. Recommend 100 watt frosted bulbs or the fluorescent lamp equivalent.

Observation: Dead ceiling light lamps in the 3-vat sink area.

Correction: Use the coat rack and other designated area for personal item storage in a location separate from food items and clean equipment.

Observation: Dead mouse was found on a glueboad in the cabinet below the soda / ice dispenser.
Correction: Remove dead rodents from traps and the premises at a frequency that prevents their decomposition, or the attraction of pests.
