    Observation: Single-service cup dispensers overfilled.
    Correction: Dispense single-service cups so the lip-contact surface is protected from contamination.

    Observation: Less than 10 foot candles of light was noted in the walk-in cooler and in the walk-in freezer. Measured 5-7 foot-candles of light.
    Correction: Provide at least 10 foot candles in the walk-in refrigeration units. Recommend a 100 watt frosted bub in the walk-in freezer and a fluorescent lamp equivalent in the walk-in cooler.

    Observation: Dead mouse was found on a glueboad in the cabinet below the soda / ice dispenser.
    Correction: Remove dead rodents from traps and the premises at a frequency that prevents their decomposition, or the attraction of pests.
