| No other violations observed. Some reminders: sanitizer concentrations using quats: 200-400 parts per million. Sanitizer water temperature, according to you chart is "luke warm", which usually translates to around 70 to 75 degrees. Quat sanitizer in the 3 compartment sink was 99 degrees, and 91 degrees in the sanitizer buckets for wiping cloths. You do get a more true reading of the concentration of the solution with your test strips if you keep it in the 70 degree range.
