Observation: Accumulation on standing water (pool of water) observed next to laundry machine and under soda dispenser in basement food/dry goods storage area.
Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

A complaint was received stating that customers observed ants crawling all over the floor in lower dining area and in ladies restroom. Manager was unaware of the complaint. During the inspection, ants were observed in the ladies restroom and in customer dining area. Manager on duty was aware of the issue and had pest control service done on 6/23/15. Pest control report was provided. Continue working with pest control services. Cracks between the tiles and wall junctions were observed in the restrooms and in dining area. All the cracks must be sealed. Eliminate the pest and its harborage condition in the facility. Complaint addressed. Liquid eggs, milk, chocolate milk, creamer, sliced tomatoes registered at 55-58 degrees F in walk in refrigerator. Said unit registered operating at 55 degrees F. As per the manager said unit has been functioning at said temperature from last night (12 hours prior to inspection)

Operator instructed to discard all potentially hazardous food held in said unit overnight. Repair the unit to hold potentially hazardous food at adequate temperature of 41 degrees F or below.

Case# 35520 A complain was received stating that when the customer complained about soggy fries, the employee took the bag of fries (which was contaminated as it was dumped by the customer earlier) and put them back in the fries dispenser on left side. Manager on duty was not aware of the complain. During the inspection none of the employees took back any served food or reserved any served food. As per the manager the oil in all three fryers are changed everyday. Manager will retrain their staff on not accepting or reserving of previously served food as it may be contaminated. Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials. Operator voluntarily provided paper towels in both handwashing sinks.
