Observation discussed with manager. Double check valve on the mop sink will be repaired and a light bulb for the walk-in refrigerator is on order. Discussed with manager about re-certification for CFM, due to expiration. Note that Virginia State Food Regulations require re-certification every 3 years, while ServeSafe requires every 5 years. Observed facility in excellent sanitary condition!

Observation: The backflow or backsiphonage prevention device installed on the mop sink is not identified as meeting standards set by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering, the valve is in poor repair.
Correction: Provide the approved backflow or backsiphonage device for the specific application and type of device to prevent contamination of the drinking water system.
