The purpose of this visit is to conduct a complaint inspection related to a confirmed case of foodborne illness. An environmental assessment and assessment of the employee health and handwashing policies/practices was conducted. In addition and assessment of to determine if any of the food workers have been ill or experiencing symptoms consistent with the confirmed illness,to review the employee health policy was also conducted. Details are noted in a seperate Note to File. Quaternary ammonium tested at 200ppm using facility test kit. Observed employees assigned to one task only and employees appeared to be aware of duties. Observed proper hand washing and gloving technique during todays visit. During this visit observed 4 employees wash hands after leaving the assigned food line and prior to returning their assigned food lines. Gloves properly placed onto hands after handwashing.
