    Observation: Chili and sliced tomatoes in the prep cooler out front was held at an improper cold holding temperature.
    Correction: The chili was due to be discarded and was voluntarily discarded. The tomatoes were to be held for a maximum of 6 hours if keep below 70 Degrees Fahrenheit or 4 hours on time alone. The cooler was going to be repaired.

    Observation: The ice machine bin door and gasket are split and are not easily cleanable.
