30-Day follow up post pre-opening inspection. Beside some plumbing issues observed in the staff rest-rooms the facility appeared well maintained and managed.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair
    Observation: The toilets in poor repair in that the toilets in the men and women's staff bathrooms are not operable and were observed in disrepair.
    Correction: Repair and maintain all plumbing components and fixtures.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair
    Observation: Plumbing connections under the women's staff toilet are leaking.
    Correction: Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair.
  • Toilet Rooms - Enclosed
    Observation: The patron's men's toilet room door is not provided with a self-closing door
    Correction: Provide a self-closer for the toilet room door. Completely enclosed toilet facilities minimize the potential for the spread of disease by the movement of flies and other insects between the toilet facility and food preparation areas.
  • Handwashing Lavatories - Maintaining and Using Handwashing Lavatories
    Observation: Handwashing facilities are unclean and not maintained in that handwash sink in women's staff bathroom is inoperable.
    Correction: Keep handwashing facilities clean and maintained to encourage proper handwashing.

Facility kitchen food prep area is fully operational. Bar seating area is under construction and is planned to be completed at a later date. Operator will submit plans for bar area, prior to construction, when the designs are finalized. 2016 Food Establishment permit was issued.
  • Premises - Maintaining Premises - Unnecessary Items and Litter
    Observation: Premises has accumulation of litter due to ongoing construction in facility and in outside storage area in rear of facility. Operator stated that litter will be removed from facility by projected opening on December 9, 2016.
    Correction: Maintain the premise free of litter.
