Hamburgers are raw frozen and then straight to grill. Sausage is precooked frozen. Raw shell eggs used. Consumer advisor observed for eggs and burgers. CDC Handouts reviewed and given. Food sources are Sams, Costco and Food Lion. Fire suppression tag December 2014. Advised PIC to call for updated service. Discussed when to use gloves and how to use gloves.
