Approval for the facility will be given once approved water sample is provided. -Facility is not in operation at this time. -Employee health policy observed. | The above observations and the following were discussed with the person in charge: -Please provide a recent water sample and the ServSafe certification for the person in charge to the health department. -All in use utensils are washed, rinsed and sanitized or changed out at least once every 4 hours. -No food prep observed during today's inspection. Kitchen has not opened for the season yet and several coolers including the pizza prep unit, ice cream machine and freezer in the back have not been turned on yet. -Bleach is being used as a sanitizer in the 3 compartment sink, test strips provided. -All hamburgers are cooked to 155'F and above-no consumer advisory required.
